These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Inventory website and services. By using our site or working with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Inventory provides asset documentation and organizational services for individuals, families, and small businesses. The scope and pricing of services will be outlined in your proposal or agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Be available for scheduled appointments
Review and approve documentation or deliverables in a timely manner
3. Payments
All payments are due based on the terms stated in your invoice or service agreement. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require 3 days notice for rescheduling or cancellations. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
5. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All personal or financial data shared with us is kept confidential and only used for the purpose of delivering our services.
6. Intellectual Property
All templates, forms, and materials created by Inventory are our intellectual property and may not be resold or redistributed without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Inventory is not liable for any damages resulting from use or misuse of our services. We do not provide legal or financial advice.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Completed work up to that point will be billed accordingly.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
